HS:Maximum Size Calculator

This calculator uses equations developed to predict1-3 the maximum stats attainable by a drug-free, "natural" male lifter. The equations are based on the lifter's height, and wrist and ankle circumferences. To use the calculator, enter the circumference of your wrist just below the styloid process (towards your hand, not your elbow). Note that the styloid process is the bony lump on the outside of your wrist. Next, enter the circumference of the smallest part of your ankle. Finally, enter your height in inches and click on the Calculate button. The calculator will return maximumal stats that are you are predicted to gain after years of training as a natural.
